R.A.I.N - 10 Minute Guided Meditation

Address any issue with the R.A.I.N principle. The R.A.I.N mindfulness meditation acronym was originally coined by Vipassana meditation teacher Michele McDonald. It was later adapted and popularized by clinical psychologist and author Tara Brach.
